1. Project Estimations & 3D Renders

Our initial 3D design models, drafts, and price estimates serve as conceptual guidelines. While we strive to match materials and cabinet depths exactly, actual manufacturing parameters may vary slightly based on final on-site measurements and architectural realities.

2. Measurement Validation

Certified Kitchon planners will perform structural measurements before cabinet assembly starts. If you choose to supply your own custom dimensions without an on-site visit from our technicians, Kitchon is not responsible for cabinetry fits that do not match.

3. Payments & Orders

Bespoke cabinet and kitchen island orders require deposit payments to begin production. Because these parts are custom-cut to fit your specific home blueprint, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once wood crafting starts.

4. Installation Collaborations

Kitchon partners with top-rated local carpenters to perform room assembly. We guarantee quality craftsmanship on our custom cabinetry. However, structural house changes (like moving gas lines, electrical wiring, or load-bearing walls) must be managed by certified general contractors hired by the homeowner.

5. Copyright & Design Ownership

Kitchon maintains ownership of all design drafts, 3D computerized models, and kitchen sketches generated by our specialists. We grant you a limited, personal license to use these models for the sole purpose of building your kitchen project.
